Gerry often photographs groups for companies who have a considerable amount of employees. Group photos can be challenging. I imagine we all have that one family group shot where so-and-so's eyes are closed, someone else isn't even looking at the camera, and that one person in the back whose face is totally blocked! A great way to avoid those common group photo pitfalls (as well as saying "Just one more!") is to photograph people individually on a green screen background. Photographing on green screen enables carefully controlled portraits where the photographer and subject work together to achieve the subject's best look. Gerry then manipulates each pre-selected and processed photograph into one large group image where each person is shown off to their best advantage. Sure, post-production takes a little longer, but we think it is worth the extra time to create a great group image and guarantee the best look from every person.
Shooting on green screen also means each company can have their background of choice. From logos to color to photographs, green screen technology opens up all those options. In our photographs here of a law firm, Gerry dropped in a background of a nature shot he took at McKinley Park in Sacramento on a separate excursion. This merging of experience, talent, and technology gives GMP a boost in a crowded marketplace. If you need company work done, we hope you will consider GMP to help you achieve your ideal images!
